CHRISTMAS EMOTION

Hey world,
today was the last day of Christmas so I post some pictures. I got cool presents, ate a lot and had nice days with my family. I hope your christmasdays were as wonderful as mine. Uuuh, now the famous question: "WHAT DID YOU GET FOR CHRISTMAS?" - It was nothing special this year, because my parents gifted me by paying my driving license. Of course I got some smaller presents to unpack like shopping-gift-cards, a tourist guide for NYC (Why that? ;)) and parfume. From the rest of my family I got a lot of money, more than ever before and the new polaroid camera.
What did you get for Christmas? How did you spend your days? Does it have snow there, where you celebrated it?
I hope you will have a great week now, between Christmas and New Years Eve.

CHRISTMAS 2010

I know, my blog was at a standstill for more than a few days. I didn't and I still don't know what to post.
But today its christmas eve, so there is announced a little, personal post.
First of all, I wish you all a Merry Christmas 2010, enjoy those days with your families and friends, calm down, forget the stress from the last few months and clear your head from school, work and anger. Don't forget the presents and be nice to each other. ;)
I hope that I will find some cool stuff to blog about in the next days and maybe there are some new photos for you? We don't know yet.. ;)

IT MAKES FILMS LIKE CRIMES, AND DIRECTORS LIKE CRIMINALS. // U+MAG DECEMBER ISSUE

Awesome photographer Barry Hollywood for U+MAG december issue.
When I rummage at the U+MAG homepage this morning I was totally in love with this photo serie by Barry Hollywood. He's work is amazing, he knows how to direct his models and how to get the best results together. He made covershootings for Vogue, Elle, GQ, London Times Magazine etc.

So, how do you like this photo serie? I love the dirty look of the blonde model. She looks nasty and offensive. Her poses are so expressive and hard. She makes the fashion to art!
My favourite picture is the 4th (with the red heels) and the last one - what are your faves?

My best friend and best model Hanna will come around in a few hours. We will have a small shooting then. I will post the photos tomorrow then, I guess. Lovely Sunday everyone.

DAYTRIP BASEL // FONDATION BEYELER

Last weekend I spent the saturday in Basel, Switzerland.
I visited the "Fondation Beyeler", a famous art collection with paintings and works by artists like Monet, Chagall, Van Gogh, Warhol, Picasso, Klee, Miró etc.
There was a special exhibition called "Wien, 1900 - Klimt, Schiele und ihre Zeit". Vienna was one of the birhplaces of the modern art.
Mainly it was about the ornamental portaits and landscapes by Gustav Klimt and the expressive body images of Egon Schiele - and of course their legendary erotic drawings.

I didn't shoot that many pictures - just three of the parc of the fondation, of Basel City and the sundown. I hope you like them. Post comments and become follower.
